Sincerity

There was a famous sculpturist given a task to create an idol of 100 feet high,
He had completed the task, but atlast there was a mess in the tiny part of nose.
So He decided to rework the whole.
His assistant asked him why to worry about the tiny part which cannot be seen by anyone and no one is going to be knowing this ?.

The man replied "No one knows but I know", thats the sincerity and job satisfaction.
